The pandemic has exacerbated the already-tough challenges facing alcoholics who are trying to get sober while also confronting co-occurring mental health issues. While ever-vigilant in our primary purpose to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety, AA nonetheless recognizes these mental health challenges.
