Jefferson Area Committee of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous will host a tubing event called FLOATYPAA. The theme is “Head above water” and will be Saturday July 15th 2017. Departure at 10:30am from James River Reeling and Rafting in Scottsville. Pre-registration is $25 cash or card; this covers tube rental and water, BYO snacks.
