The Convention Committee shall be responsible for processing bids for annual conventions, assisting host Districts in planning the convention, and conducting convention when the Area is the host. The Convention Committee shall ensure the $2,500 seed money is provided to, and is returned by, the host District. Bids must be submitted at least sixteen (16) months prior to the proposed Convention date.
